Just for B...

A friend of mine complained to me that it's been a while since I've updated my blog, and she's right, so I thought i'd share today's (and a couple days last week) "DUH!" moment of the day.

In a baby-proofing and slightly obsessive move, I signed up a while ago to receive email notifications from the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (or whatever it's called) whenever they issued new recalls. It's been highly informative and has convinced me that everything made and painted in China will be recalled for unhealthy lead levels. But that's beside the point.

In the last week, I've seen three recalls for candles. Wanna know why?

Fire hazard.

Yep. Amazing we couldn't figure that out on our own.
